One full time position
Tbaytel’s Networks Technology division is seeking a Wireless
Engineering Associate to perform traffic, engineering,
administration, load balancing and performance measurement
studies on all services and components of a mobility network.
They will be responsible for preparing and updating engineering
records, and preparing work order information for installation,
transfer, removal or rearrangement of services and components
that compromise a telecommunications network. They will also
assist with the preparation of engineering specifications, reports,
requests for quotations, purchase requisitions, and purchase
orders for the acquisition of all services and components that
comprise a mobility network.
Our Wireless Engineering Associate will have:
• A completed degree or 3 year diploma in Electrical, Civil or
Software Engineering Technology; or a 2-year diploma in the
same with an active CET certification through OACETT
• 3 years’ experience in mobile switching, equipment installation,
operational measurement interpretation, cellular radios, optical
transport equipment, IP and traffic theory and statistics, and RF
signal and Antenna theory
• Experience in economic evaluation of hardware and vendors
• Demonstrated practical experience using computers and word
processing, spreadsheet and database software packages.

One temporary full time position
We’re looking for a creative individual to join the team as a
Graphic Designer! The successful candidate will report to the
Manager of Advertising and will assist in developing creative
concepts, graphics and layouts for both internal and external
communication initiatives including press and web production.
They will also assist in the development and execution of a
merchandising program for the Tbaytel retail store and authorized
sales partners.
Our successful Graphic Designer will have:
• Degree or diploma in Multimedia production along with
3 years’ recent experience in graphic design work
• Advanced proficiency using Adobe Creative Suite software.
• Knowledge of design principles, brand strategies and a high
level of creativity in visual merchandising, design, retail
execution and photography
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Office Suite, with an advanced
knowledge of PowerPoint
• Experience with CMS (Content Management Systems)
and HTML
• Must possess a valid driver’s licence with use of a vehicle
